Holidaybuddie is a live geo location-based web & app that helps you to discover and connect to new
friends & find love wherever you travel around the world. We welcome anyone who is 18 + of age
wanting to connect with other travellers or locals at your travel location.

means zero tolerance for any explicit content involving minors - even those adorable baby or kid
pictures of you. So let us keep things classy and age-appropriate.
Safety of members is utmost importance to us. Hence, we do not allow citizens of certain countries
where terrorism or other dangers exists for travellers. View Restrictions page for the list of countries
from where we do not accept members.
For your convenience and privacy, we allow only one account per individual. To ensure secure access
and maintain confidentiality, each account must have a single owner. In short, no multiple accounts
and no multiple users in one single account.
We prohibit nudity, obscene photos, sexual content on your public profile. We have the right to
decide which pics can be fit or unfit as far as nudity and obscenity are concerned. It is important that
our members are comfortable while viewing profile photos and other photos in the accounts of all
members.
We disallow personal information publicly and hence keep those personal details on lockdown until
you really get to know someone. Putting contact info, email, password or financial accounts on
public profile is asking for trouble. Same goes for demanding private information from others or
sending cash to virtual strangers - pause and build some trust first.

Spread only positive vibes here - the world has enough negativity. That means no sharing anything
gory, violently graphic, weapons of any kind, support to terror groups or promoting harm against
people or animals. Keep it uplifting and steer clear of disturbing, harmful content.
HolidayBuddie.com is all about fostering genuine personal connections. So, we prohibit any kind of
advertising, promotions, selling, soliciting followers in any form or fundraising - keep it real. Same
goes for any kind of sex work and escort services.
We discourage and disallow fake profile pics, fake accounts & impersonation. We have zero
tolerance for people pretending to be someone else.
Respectfully and decently communicate to people. Do not behave rude or obscene with anyone.
We have zero tolerance towards stalking, harassment, threats, bullying, intimidation, blackmailing,
extortions or anything intentionally done to cause harm. If necessary, we will report to concerned
authorities in the respective countries on anyone involved in these acts

If an account is unused for more than 1 year, we will delete your account automatically.
We have a no refund policy and once you have subscribed for membership under any scheme, the
money is considered as paid & used for your services. If you have paid for a particular plan and wish
to change to another plan, there will be no refund and you need to pay again for the new plan.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any actions that threaten or harm others, whether it occurs in
person or online, physically or digitally. This encompasses explicit calls for violence or incitement to
harm. Such conduct will be dealt with severely, as we prioritize the safety and well-being of our
community members. Inform and report to us if anyone behaves in a violent way. We will suspend
such accounts and also report them to legal authorities.
At Holidaybuddie, we believe in encouraging a secure and peaceful community. If you encounter any
behaviour that makes you feel threatened or disrespected, or violates our guidelines, please report
it without hesitation. Your privacy is our priority, and your reports are kept confidential. By speaking
up, you help us address harmful conduct and create a better environment for all.
Maintaining a respectful and safe community is our top priority. While we strive to address
violations through warnings, repeated or severe offenses against our guidelines will prompt
appropriate disciplinary actions to uphold the well-being of our members. Sometimes, if the
violation is severe and repeated, we will suspend & delete accounts without any warnings. We will
also take severe legal actions against such persons.
While we aim to provide a positive experience, we take any misuse or inappropriate behaviour
seriously. If our investigation finds violations of our Community Guidelines, Terms of Use or unlawful
conduct – whether on or off our platform – involving members you have met through our service,
then we reserve the lawful right to terminate your account without any refund. Our priority is in
maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all.
