External Service Purchases: Through iTunes, Google Play, or other authorized services.
Internal Purchases: Purchased our website Holidaybuddie.com / APP, Via Paypal using debit card, credit card or other payment processors as accepted by paypal.
Generally, all Internal as well as External purchases including app purchases, subscriptions and friend request boosters are typically final and non-refundable. We do not encourage or allow refunds once your payment is completed under a plan subscription, app purchase, friend request boosters or for any additional services. However, certain special refunds will be considered at the discretion of our company and legal laws. We may make an exception if a refund for a Holidaybuddie subscription offering is requested within 14 days of the transaction date and if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for refunds.
Special refund terms apply in certain jurisdictions, including the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, Korea, Israel, and specific U.S. states such as Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin.
Refunds Based on Jurisdiction
For EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland Residents
You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of starting your subscription, as required by local law. This 14-day period begins on the subscription start date.
For Subscribers in Germany
You may cancel your subscription after its renewal with one month's notice. Your right to cancel for cause remains unaffected.
For Republic of Korea Residents
In line with local regulations, you can receive a full refund for your subscription or unused Virtual Items within 7 days of purchase. This 7-day period starts from the date of purchase.
For Residents of Certain U.S. States and Israel
Subscribers from Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island & Wisconsin may cancel your subscription without penalty within three business days from the subscription date. The same applies to subscribers from Israel.
In the event of death: Your estate is eligible for a refund of any unused subscription period.
In the event of disability: If you become disabled and can no longer use our services, you may request a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
How to Request a Refund – External purchases
If you subscribed via Apple ID, refund requests must be directed to Apple, not Holidaybuddie.com.
Similarly, if you subscribed via Google Play, refund requests must be directed to Google pay and not Holidaybuddie.com
For all other internal purchases done directly with us:
Contact Holidaybuddie.com at support@holidaybuddie.com with the following:
Your order number (found in the confirmation email).
A dated notice stating your request to cancel the agreement.
The email or phone number linked to your account.
The letter requesting refund must be sent using the email used in creating your account.
We will process your refund request within 7 days of your request and see if it is eligible under our company policies, legal law and terms outlined above. If eligible, we will credit the eligible amount to your account. The decision is at the sole discretion of the company and legal laws.
